THE BC FARM MUSEUM, FORT LANGLEY
First Outing/Field trip of the season—
WHEN: MONDAY 23rd September at 10:30———sorry it’s a Monday-—
WHERE: THE BC FARM MUSEUM, FORT LANGLEY—–9131 King St, Fort Langley, BC V1M 2R6– opposite side of the road from the Fort——- meet at the entrance door outside—–( There will be a small charge of $3.00 per person)—–
The BC Farm Museum has the province’s largest collection of pioneer and agricultural artifacts in British Columbia. Many are vintage and the opportunities for photography is endless. The organisers have allowed us in on a Monday as a special group and will have all the machines in operation and will give us demonstrations on several of the machines—including braiding rope etc. This will be an ideal opportunity to get those theme images for Curves and Lines—-
I do realise that some of you will be unable to be there for a Monday but I invite those of you that can, to come and enjoy a morning with your fellow photographers.
I will arrange lunch in Fort Langley when we are finished .
and—never fear—there will be another outing/field trip very soon on a weekend evening—-I am hoping out to Cloverdale to the Harness Racing—-more information to follow on that one—-
